Choose your focus

Rehab-focused personal training

If pain or an injury history is holding you back, I'll work on breathing, stability, and movement quality first, then progressively build your strength and capacity. The aim is lasting improvement, not short-term fixes.

  • Recurring pain, stiffness, or post-surgery recovery
  • Back, shoulder, hip, knee, or tendon problems
  • Reduced confidence or control in movement

Golf fitness personal training

Golf-specific training designed to improve the physical qualities that matter for your swing and for longevity on the course. I'll help you build mobility, strength, and resilience that carries over to how you play.

  • Better rotation, mobility, and movement quality
  • Golf-specific strength and injury resilience
  • Power and clubhead speed built on stable foundations

How it works

1

Book an assessment

I assess what you want to improve: movement, stability, injury history, and goals. This shapes the approach from day one.

2

Train with a clear plan

Every session is coached 1-to-1 and structured around what your body needs. No templates, no guesswork.

3

Build long-term results

Better movement, stronger foundations, and lasting capacity. The kind of progress that holds up when life gets demanding.

DNS Exercise Specialist

A DNS-led approach to every session

As a certified DNS Exercise Specialist, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation is the framework behind everything I do. It focuses on how your body controls movement and stability, starting from breathing mechanics and core control.

For rehab clients, it means I can address the root cause of recurring issues rather than just training around them. For golfers, it builds the stability and sequencing that the swing demands. Either way, the foundations come first.
